Compensation and Benefits

1. Compensation

The Company’s compensation and benefits policies are established in accordance with labor laws and regulations, adopting a structured pay system based on job roles and responsibilities. Following annual financial settlements, the Company adheres to a profit-sharing principle by distributing bonuses to employees, ensuring that compensation planning aligns with organizational strategies and stakeholder interests.

2. Benefits

The Company provides a comprehensive employee benefits program, including:

3. Education and Training

The Company is committed to creating a supportive environment for employee career development. By integrating resources from the Workforce Development Agency, Ministry of Labor, we establish effective training and development programs to enhance employees’ professional capabilities.

Annual training plans are prepared in advance and aligned with the Company’s long-term development strategy. Training outcomes are appropriately reflected in compensation policies to support talent recruitment, retention, and motivation, thereby contributing to sustainable business development.

4. Employee Health Examination Program

The Company conducts regular health examinations and strengthens monitoring and follow-up for employees with identified health concerns. Health education information is also regularly provided and posted for employee reference.

(1)General Health Examinations:

Conducted annually, every three years, or every five years in accordance with relevant regulations, with costs fully covered by the Company

(2)Special Health Examinations:

Applicable to employees engaged in operations with specific health risks, as defined by regulations and approved by the relevant authorities

(3)Special Occupational Health Checks:

Covering high-risk operations such as high-temperature environments, noise exposure, ionizing radiation, abnormal pressure conditions, lead-related work, dust exposure, organic solvents, and other regulated hazardous activities

(4)Health Management and Follow-up:

Annual examination results are analyzed by healthcare professionals. Employees with abnormal or borderline results are provided medical consultations and follow-up recommendations, including possible job adjustments or leave arrangements when necessary

(5)Protection of Health Information:

(a)Summary reports may be used for occupational health management without compromising personal privacy.

(b)Individual health records are strictly confidential and accessible only to authorized medical personnel or with employee consent

(6)Medical Consultation and Guidance:

Regular physician consultations are arranged for employees at potential health risk, with professional advice provided based on individual health conditions

5. Maternity Protection Measures

The Company implements maternity protection measures in accordance with applicable regulations to ensure the health and safety of pregnant employees.

These measures include workplace hazard assessments and control, physician consultations, risk classification management, appropriate job adjustments, and other necessary protections. All practices comply with the “Regulations on Maternal Health Protection for Female Employees” to safeguard the well-being of employees during pregnancy.
